In Alaska, to receive your drivers license you must be at least 16 years old and have held a driving permit for a minimum of 6 months. To receive your Alaska drivers license you will need two forms of identification including your full legal name, date of birth, social security number and residence address. Though I could not find any information relating to costs I would assume that they don't accept payment from a personal check.
