You will need indeitification, proof of date of birth and your social security card to receive your Florida drivers license. Its a good idea to bring your birth certificate and social security card. If you are under 18 you will need proof of completion of a traffic law and substance abuse education course as well as have a parental consent form signed and notorized. If you are older than 18 you will just need your proof of completion of a traffic law and substance abuse education course.

You may receive a learners permit if you are 15 years old. You will be required to state a drivers exam as well as vision and hearing exams.
